hey people..good weather to slp today..aniway..i noe there are some problems now but please bear with it and give the coach some time..anyway, today i saw some of u all running..good lei..=) good stamina u all have..jia you le..ppl!!

remember..every doings habe its own reasons..please try to give some time..

remember ar, tis coming thurs, some of the people are not present, so please inform ur frens if they didnt noe about the training days...rest well everybody!!
