Another news, the 1st Allcomers Meet 2009 will be schedule in January 10 & 11.
Venue is at Bukit Gombak Stadium. So left with 2 weeks to prepare. Train hard thanks

- February 14 & 15 (Sat & Sun) - 2nd Allcomers Meet
- February 14 (Sat) - Wings X‐Country C'ships 2009
- February 21 (Sat) - Goh Teck Phuan Memorial Age‐Group XCountry c'ships`09 (2.00pm, venue tbc)
- March 7 (Sat) - Tan Soo Liat Memorial Age‐Group Road Relay C'ships `09 (2.00pm, venue tbc)
- March 14 & 15 (Sat & Sun) - 3rd Allcomers Meet
- March 28 & 29 (Sat & Sun) - SPH Schools Relay C'ships 2009, 2pm Gombak Stadium
- May 30 & 31 (Sat & Sun) - SAA Youth & Junior C'ships 2009 (Bishan Stadium)
- June 13 & 14 (Sta & Sun) - AKIRA Swift 56th Annual Track & Field C'ships 8.00am, Gombak Stadium
- June 20 & 21 (Sat & Sun) - 4th Allcomers Meet
- June 30 - July 03 (Tue) - Asian Youth Games ‐ Athletics Singapore
- July 18 & 19 (Sat & Sun) - 5th Allcomers Meet
- August 1 & 2 (Sat & Sun) - 71st Singapore Open Track & Field C'ships 2009

* SAA 1st, 2nd & 3rd Allcomers Meet 2009 will be used as qualifying competitions for SAA Youth & Junior C'ships 2009, SEA Junior Athletics C'ships 2009 & Asian Youth Games 2009
* SAA 4th, 5th Allcomers Meet 2009 will be selected events only
