The 2nd Allcomers' Meet 2010 is coming up and the details are as follows :

Date : 6 - 7th February 2010 (Saturday - Sunday)
Time : 9.00am (First event starts)
Venue : Bukit Gombak Stadium

Good news, PO-LITE Track & Field is confirm! Its will be held on e 27th, 30th & 31st January. The programme is as such:

27th January Wednesday - @ NYP (2 Events only)
10000m - Men
3000m - Women

30th & 31st January - @ Bukit Gombak Stadium

* Amanda i need you to find 10 helpers to help out in the PO-LITE T&F as requested from the host of NYP. (Half of it must be guys and some girls) Take down their names and their T-Shirt size as well. (Will have helpers' T-Shirt)
